Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is issued in accordance with the applicable UK consumer protection laws regarding distance selling, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in accordance with the obligation to enter into a contract for sales carried out over the internet. Articles are as follows:

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT The subject of this contract includes the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in relation to the sale and delivery of the service sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2-BUYER INFORMATION Address and contact information of the person who is making the payment on www.bringvision.co.uk website as a customer, is taken as a basis.

ARTICLE 3-SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CONTRACT The type of Service, sale price and payment method consist of information at the end of the purchase process.

ARTICLE 4-GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1- THE BUYER declares that he has read and informed all preliminary information about the basic qualities, the sale price and payment method and the delivery of the service subject to the contract specified in Article 3, and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic form. 4.2- The service subject to the contract is sent to the e-mail address registered by the BUYER at the time of payment and it is provided that depending on the type of service received by the BUYER, it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. 4.3- BRINGVISION cannot be held responsible for the failure of the delivery of the service subject to the contract due to problems caused by the email address registered by the BUYER at the time of payment. 4.4- For the delivery of the service subject to contract, confirmation of acceptance of this agreement must be provided on the www.bringvision.co.uk website and the price must be paid by the buyer’s preferred payment method. If the service fee is not paid or cancelled in the bank records for any reason, BRINGVISION is considered free of the obligation to deliver the product. 4.5- If BRINGVISION cannot deliver the service subject to the contract due to force majeure reasons within the period, it is obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise the right to cancel the order. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in cash and once within 10 days.

 

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw within three days of the delivery of the service to him/her or the person/organization at the address indicated. (Note: Under UK law, the statutory cooling-off period for online services is typically 14 days. You may want to review this timeframe with your legal counsel). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify BRINGVISION by email during this time. Within seven days after the receipt of these documents, the product price is returned to the BUYER.

 

If the payment is made by a credit card or similar payment card, the BUYER may request that the payment process be cancelled on the grounds that the card is used without his consent and in violation of the law. In this case, the card issuer returns the payment amount to the BUYER within 10 days of notification of the objection.

 

In the implementation of this agreement and the resolution of any disputes arising from it, the laws of England and Wales shall apply, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

If the order is completed, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
